2. Information we may collect
- Contact information, such as name, business email address and phone number.
- Business information, such as business name, city, website, Google Business Profile URL, industry and goals.
- Project information and assets voluntarily provided for a proposal or service.
- Communication records, invoices and service approvals.
- Technical information produced by hosting, security and analytics systems, such as IP address, browser, device and page activity, where those systems are enabled.
3. Why we use information
Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare audits and proposals, deliver agreed services, administer invoices and support, protect the website, meet legal obligations and improve service quality. We do not sell personal information.
4. Consent and choices
When you send an enquiry, you ask us to use the submitted information to respond. Where separate consent is required for analytics, marketing or another purpose, an appropriate choice should be presented. You may withdraw optional consent by contacting us, without affecting processing that was already lawful.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by providers used for hosting, email, messaging, analytics, payments, invoicing or project delivery. Each provider should receive only the information reasonably needed for its function and operates under its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Retention
Enquiry information is normally retained while an enquiry is active and for up to 12 months after the last contact. Client, invoice and transaction records may be retained longer where required for service delivery, accounting, tax, dispute resolution or other legal obligations.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Clients should never send passwords, one-time codes or payment-card details through the general contact form.
8. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about personal data held by Zennix Web, request correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent or raise a grievance. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
9. Children
The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit a child’s personal data through the website.
10. Google API Services and Zennix Web Agency OS
Information accessed
Depending on the connected services and permissions granted, Zennix Web Agency OS may access:
- Google account identification required for authorization.
- Google Ads customer and account identifiers.
- Campaign, ad group, advertisement and keyword information.
- Keyword planning ideas and historical metrics.
- Advertising performance and conversion information.
- Search Console properties and performance data.
- Google Analytics properties and reporting data.
- Google Business Profile information.
- OAuth authorization and refresh tokens.
Google account passwords are never collected or stored.
How information is used
Google information is used only to authenticate authorized users, conduct keyword and market research, analyze advertising and search performance, manage authorized client workflows, prepare reports and recommendations, improve campaigns and digital visibility, and provide the services requested by the client.
Data sharing
Google user data is not sold, is not shared for personalized advertising and is not transferred to unrelated third parties. It may be processed by necessary infrastructure providers acting on behalf of Zennix Web, or disclosed when legally required. Internal access is limited to authorized personnel who require the information to deliver services.
Data storage and security
OAuth tokens and connected-account information are stored server-side. Zennix Web uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, restricts access according to operational need and does not expose secrets in the public browser interface. Logs may record API operations, results, cost and errors without exposing account passwords.
Retention and deletion
Google-connected information is retained only while reasonably necessary to provide authorized services, maintain required business records or meet legal obligations. Users can revoke Google access in their Google Account, ask Zennix Web to disconnect an account, or request deletion of eligible connected data through the official contact channel. The general retention periods in section 6 apply where relevant.
Limited Use
Zennix Web Agency OS’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
