1. Our Guarantee & Commitment
At Zennix Web (Govt. Registered Agency — MSME Reg. No: UDYAM-GJ-22-0662934), we take pride in delivering meticulous Google Business Profile optimization and local search growth management. We maintain complete transparency regarding our service terms and billing.
2. 24-Hour Pre-Execution Refund Policy
Full refunds are eligible strictly within 24 hours of payment AND before project work has commenced. Once our optimization team begins audit research, profile tuning, or setup execution, payments are 100% non-refundable across all packages.
3. Monthly Retainer Plans (Monthly Management)
Our Monthly Management retainer (₹3,999/month or $180/month) operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your monthly retainer subscription at any time prior to your next monthly billing cycle. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred.
4. 3-Month Bundled Package Commitment (Setup + 3 Months)
The Setup + 3 Months Management package (₹14,999 or $550) is a fixed 3-month bundled agreement provided at a heavily discounted rate. Once work has commenced, this 3-month plan is fixed for the full 3-month duration and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-term.

All approved pre-execution refunds (requested within 24h before work starts) are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
