1. Agreement To Terms
By accessing our website at https://zennixweb.com or purchasing optimization packages from Zennix Web (Govt. Registered Agency — MSME Reg. No: UDYAM-GJ-22-0662934), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Scope of Services
Zennix Web provides digital agency solutions including Google Business Profile (GBP) Launch Optimization, Monthly Profile Management, Website Development, and Social Media Management. Deliverables for each package are detailed explicitly on our Pricing page.
3. Service Duration & Cancellation Terms
- One-Time Launch Setup: Execution timeframe is 5 business days from onboarding asset submission.
- Monthly Management (Retainer): Operates on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time prior to their next billing date.
- Setup + 3 Months Management (Bundled Plan): Provided at a discounted multi-month rate. This agreement is fixed for the full 3-month term and cannot be canceled or refunded mid-term once execution begins.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful execution of services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate business information, NAP (Name, Address, Phone), hours, and media assets.
- Grant necessary manager access to Google Business Profile or relevant digital platforms.
- Refrain from engaging in artificial review generation, spamming, or violating Google's guidelines.
5. Search Engine Disclaimer
Zennix Web optimizes client profiles using proven industry best practices and official Google Guidelines. However, search engine algorithms operate dynamically based on user proximity, competition, and real-time signals. We do not guarantee fixed #1 Google rankings or specific search volume numbers.
6. Intellectual Property
All custom content, website designs, and reports created for the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Zennix Web retains rights to display completed case studies in its agency portfolio unless bound by a non-disclosure agreement.
