1. Agreement and project documents
These general terms apply to Zennix Web services. A written proposal, statement of work, invoice or signed agreement may add project-specific terms. If project-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the signed project document should control to the extent of that conflict.
2. Services and scope
Services may include Google Business Profile management, search engine optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), website design and development, social media support and related consulting. Only deliverables listed in the accepted package or written proposal are included. Additional locations, pages, content, revisions, development, integrations, paid placements, advertising, premium tools or support require written approval and may change price or timing.
3. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for accurate business information, timely feedback, lawful rights to supplied content and the account access necessary for delivery. The client must not request fake reviews, misleading content, spam, policy circumvention or another unlawful activity.
4. Access and security
Clients should grant official manager or collaborator access where supported. Passwords and one-time codes should not be shared through general email, chat or website forms. Access should be removed when it is no longer required.
5. Timing and delays
Timelines begin after payment, access and required materials are received. Client delays, third-party reviews, platform verification, account suspension and events outside reasonable control may extend delivery. Agency implementation timelines do not guarantee the timing of Google, hosting providers, social networks or other platforms.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, applicable taxes, billing dates and payment schedules are stated in the accepted package, proposal or invoice. Monthly visibility packages begin with a three-month minimum engagement and are normally billed at the start of each cycle. After the initial term, service may continue month to month unless a different written arrangement is accepted. Listed interior-designer website packages include an available standard domain, shared hosting and SSL for the first year; renewal fees, premium domains and paid third-party services are additional.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the accepted proposal and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancellation during the three-month initial term does not remove fees already due for that committed term unless a different remedy is required by law or agreed in writing.
8. Results and third-party platforms
Zennix Web does not guarantee a fixed search ranking, traffic volume, follower count, number of enquiries, revenue result, featured answer, AI-platform mention or citation. Search engines and AI platforms independently control rankings, answers, citations, algorithms, verification, moderation, policy and availability.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in custom deliverables transfer only as stated in the accepted proposal and after full payment. Pre-existing agency tools, reusable methods, open-source software, fonts, stock assets and third-party services remain subject to their own ownership and licenses.
10. Portfolio use
Client names, logos, testimonials, screenshots and performance information will not be published without permission or another documented lawful basis. Confidentiality or non-disclosure commitments take priority.
11. Liability and legal review
Appropriate warranty exclusions, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution provisions should be finalized in the signed client agreement with advice from a qualified legal professional.
12. Zennix Web Agency OS and Connected Accounts
Zennix Web Agency OS is an internal workspace used to deliver authorized Zennix Web services. Clients must have the legal authority to grant access to connected accounts and remain responsible for the accuracy of their business and advertising information. Clients must not ask Zennix Web to access accounts without authorization.
Google access is permission-based and can be revoked. Revoking access may disable connected reports and functionality. Google services remain subject to Google’s own terms and policies, and data from Google or other external providers may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
Zennix Web does not guarantee rankings, advertising results, lead volume, AI citations or platform availability. Zennix Web may suspend an integration to protect account security or comply with platform policies.
Ending service does not automatically remove data that must be retained for legitimate legal or business-record purposes, but eligible data-deletion requests will be handled under the Privacy Policy.
